12th House Queen Bee Astrology Blog: Leo Solar Eclipse

Hello Beautiful Souls and Welcome back to my Astrology Blog! Today we are going to dive into the Leo Solar Eclipse that is happening on 8/12/26 at 13:36 EST @ 20'01 of Leo! About a month ago I started preparing everyone for this Eclipse Season! I warned that many people would cross over at this time, especially those in the limelight. This will continue until we complete this Eclipse season on 8/28/26 with the Pisces Lunar Eclipse. Eclipses are about "clipping" things out that are not meant to be on your path or in your current life. This is not the time to manifest, because the energy is too unpredictable. Be intentional with what you are noticing needs to leave your life so you can make room for what is meant to be in it. I feel eclipse seasons are always fated times. This one is a Solar Eclipse, so it will be felt on a soul level specifically for those that are Leos or have dominant Leo placements (sun, moon, rising, and/or other planets). This Eclipse is happening at 20'01. You need to look and see if you have any planets in that degree, and see which house it will fall in for you. Before we dive into the energy of the chart, let's talk a little more about Leo.

Leo rules the Masculine Heart. Cancer rules the higher heart, aka the feminine heart. Leo also rules children and our courage. With this Eclipse happening at 20 degrees in the 3rd decan of Leo, we are being encouraged to really examine our heart. Are we following the things that excite us? Because in doing that, we must have the courage to go in a new direction. Are we calloused and guarding our heart, while at the same time longing for love to come in? Are we putting on a fake performance for our audience and not fully being our true authentic self? How about our ego, is it balanced or are we leaning too much into it? Leo is all about being the "star" of your own reality. It takes courage to be the lead role. Will people love you, or will they throw tomatoes at your performance? Are you looking at life through the lens of your healed inner child, or are you seeing it from a wounded perspective? This is a great time to do some inner child healing. What are some stories you may need to let go of? What are some protection mechanisms you created as a child in order to survive? Like I mentioned before, Eclipses clip things out, so get intentional with it.

This Solar Eclipse is within 9 degrees of the South Node, which is at 29'47. This is why I am suggesting using this time to see what is brought up for you, specifically on your inner child healing journey. If you have any planets within 10-29 degrees of Leo, you will really feel this Eclipse. There will be a huge party in Leo during this time. Mercury is now at 5'06, Jupiter is at 9'33, Sun/Moon 20'01, and the South Node at 29'47 of Leo.

Mercury at 5'06 of Leo is in a trine with Neptune Rx at 4'04 that is in Aries. This Eclipse is holding space for us to be able to allow for the egos to fall and for us to get out of our head and more into our heart space. It could also feel like a battle between the mind and our heart. Are they in agreement, or is there some internal battle that needs to be addressed? Be mindful and try to practice listening while Mercury is in Leo. Everyone could want to dominate conversations and not be able to clearly see themselves with Neptune Rx in Aries. Mercury is also in a sextile with Uranus 5'20 in Gemini and in a sextile with Venus, which is in her home sign at 5'53 of Libra. Are your relationships feeding the right aspects in your life? Are they helping you to get to the next level, or are they feeding your own delusions? Venus is also in an opposition with Neptune Rx in Aries. Are you able to see yourself, needs, desires, and wants within your relationships? Are you seeing your partnerships, friendships, relationships, or business partners clearly? What is working for you and what needs to be let go of?

We also have Venus in a grand air trine with Uranus 5'20 and Pluto Rx 3'54. The mind will be very overstimulated, so be mindful to keep the energy open to your heart. There could be towers that happen suddenly and then within minutes be rebuilt again. What I mean is you could end a business partnership and instantly start working with someone else. This could go for relationships as well or even jobs. Pay attention to any sudden ideas that come in with this trine.

We will have Mars 00'54 in Cancer in a sextile with Chiron rx 00'49 in Taurus. Again, this fully supports getting intentional with the wounds you need to face head-on. Mars in Cancer can be crimes of passion energy, so be mindful of your anger. Is it coming from a healthy place? Or are you living unconsciously? It would be best to walk away from arguments, especially if you see that it's not going to go anywhere.

Jupiter at 9'33" of Leo is working into a trine with Saturn Rx 14'30" in Aries. For those of you who have been doing the work to heal the things needed in order to step into your leader role, you will start to see the rewards of your hard work. We will see many people fall from grace who have been put in the limelight for the wrong reasons, and the people who are meant to be leading will be stepping into their role. We could also hear about more things that have been hidden behind the scenes with our leaders and what shady activities have been happening with war. It was recently released that Pete H asked someone to blow up somewhere here in the US and blame it on Iran. Jupiter is helping to expand the karma connected to what's really been happening with war. Keep an eye on those who have been pushing for war. They are not the good guys. Mars is also working into a square with Neptune Rx in Aries. This is also going to bring this to light.

This is a time to do some deep introspection and really go within. Flow with what is leaving and stay grounded in love. What is meant for you will always be for you. If something is trying to leave, do not try to hold onto it. Let it or whoever go with grace. Try not to take everything personally, because those not really doing the work will be spewing so much anger and hate.
